Appellate Attorney Rosenbaum understands the tangible everyday struggles of your clients. Ms. Rosenbaum has worked in private practice, in a nonprofit setting, as a volunteer, and as a solo practitioner. Ms. Rosenbaum is also a Professor of Immigration Law and Appellate Advocacy (advanced legal writing) at Golden Gate University. She maintains a limited caseload serving immigrants directly to remain connected to the community.

Lexis Nexis publishes Ms. Rosenbaum’s expert analysis of current immigration legal issues. Ms. Rosenbaum has been invited to present at Continuing Legal Education seminars for the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and the National Lawyer’s Guild, is an American Immigration Lawyer’s Association member, and past Continuing Education Subcommittee member. As a part of her commitment to the immigrant rights movement, she has served as co-chair of the National Lawyer’s Guild Immigration Committee in the Bay Area. She is a proud member of the National Immigration Project and has authored policy memos on behalf of the organization. Ms. Rosenbaum is an active member of the California Bar in good standing.

Ms. Rosenbaum has extensive experience with challenging cases and has developed novel and successful arguments. RIA briefs have resulted in remands and reversals at the Ninth Circuit, Board of Immigration Appeals, Administrative Appeals Office, and victories in District Court as well as in Immigration Court.
